2024 FRPO Women in Rental Housing Luncheon
What kind of event is it?
Hosted by the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), this luncheon brings together women in Ontario’s rental housing industry to network, learn and share experiences. Yardi is proud to sponsor the lunch buffet portion of this event.
When and where will it take place?
The event will take place on August 22, 2024, at Old Mill Inn, Toronto, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
What can attendees expect?
Anticipate an inspiring gathering of 150 industry-leading women., participate in engaging panel discussions, listen to a keynote speaker and hear important announcements.

IPOANS Golf Tournament
What kind of event is it?
An annual Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia (IPOANS) golf tournament teeming with friendly competition among industry peers. Yardi is looking forward to returning as a hole sponsor.
When and where will it take place?
September 12, 2024, at Chester Golf Club in Chester, Nova Scotia. The fun will begin from the afternoon into the evening.
What can attendees expect?
Enjoy lunch upon arrival, followed by 18 holes of golf, networking opportunities and a BBQ dinner with an awards ceremony.

HDAA Annual Trade Show
What kind of event is it?
Hamilton and District Apartment Association’s (HDAA) free trade show featuring local suppliers and uniting housing providers in the greater Toronto-Hamilton area. Yardi will be on site all afternoon to share our expertise at our booth.
When and where will it take place?
October 8, 2024, at Michelangelo Events and Conference Centre in Hamilton, ON, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
What can attendees expect?
The event is open to both members and non-members. Registered guests can look forward to an exciting keynote event, enjoy great food and refreshments, participate in draws for fantastic door prizes and network with HDAA members.

SKLA Conference & Rental Housing Awards
What kind of event is it?
A conference and awards ceremony hosted by the Saskatchewan Landlord Association (SKLA). Yardi is excited to return as a technology partner and proud to sponsor the awards luncheon.

October 10, 2024, at the Saskatoon Inn and Conference Centre in Saskatoon, SK. Attendees can kick-off the annual event with a reception the night before.

What kind of event is it?
A dynamic tradeshow showcasing top rental housing providers and suppliers, with Yardi proudly serving as a technology sponsor.

October 15, 2024, at Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver, BC, happening all day.

What kind of event is it?
BUILDEX Alberta is the largest annual gathering of building and construction professionals in the province. This conference and tradeshow brings together experts from architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, homebuilding, renovation and property management to discuss the future of the housing market in Alberta.
When and where will it take place?
October 23-24, 2024, at BMO Centre, Calgary Stampede in Calgary, AB, happening all day for both days.

November 5, 2024, at The Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax, NS, from 8:00 a.m. to lunch.

2024 ACR
What kind of event is it?
The Alberta Condominium & Real Estate Conference (ACR), organized by the Alberta Condominium Managers Association, the Canadian Condominium Institute – South Alberta Chapter and the Real Estate Institute of Canada, Calgary Chapter, is an annual event. It brings together condominium managers, board members, real estate professionals, self-managed condominium corporations and service suppliers to discuss trends, challenges and innovations in Alberta’s condominium and real estate sectors.
When and where will it take place?
November 1-2, 2024, at Telus Convention Centre in Calgary, AB. Commence the event with their welcome reception on November 1 from 5 – 7 p.m., followed by an in-depth conference and trade show on November 2.
What can attendees expect?
ACR attendees can look forward to a comprehensive program featuring keynote speakers and expert-led panels addressing key legal and operational aspects of the condominium market. Condo Conference
What kind of event is it?
A conference hosted by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Toronto, featuring diverse professionals from the condo industry.
When and where will it take place?
November 15-16, 2024, at Toronto Congress Centre in Toronto, ON.
What can attendees expect?

Informa Canada’s TBS
What kind of event is it?
The Buildings Show (TBS) is Canada’s largest property management tradeshow and conference a part of Canadian Real Estate & Construction Week. The event attracts professionals from various sectors, including engineering, construction, homebuilding, renovation and property management. Yardi, the title sponsor, will highlight industry innovation through the Breeze Premier-sponsored Innovation Showcase.
When and where will it take place?
December 4-6, 2024, at Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, ON.
What can attendees expect?
Presentations at the Innovation Showcase, including a new Yardi solution and a discussion on AI in real estate, will be featured.
